The Joe Gear Companies are joining the Vipar Heavy Duty network of distributors after becoming a stockholder in Vipar.

Joe Gear is a consolidation of five companies and four of them will now be affiliated with Vipar Heavy Duty. These companies include:
Consolidated Truck Parts & Services in Shreveport, La., which provides bumper to bumper parts and services for all makes and models of light, medium and heavy duty trucks.
MTP Drivetrain Services in Many, La., which is a defense contractor specializing in remanufactured truck components.
Many Gear and Axle also located in Many, La., which is a full service heavy duty truck repair shop.
JAT Power in Doral, Fla., which provides power generator parts and equipment.
