Noregon has hired Richard Glasmann as its vice president of innovation and data analytics, the company announced.
In his new role, Glasmann will be responsible for the strategic direction for product innovation and data, developing product roadmaps and defining the strategic platform for new products and services. Noregon is a provider of vehicle diagnostic, repair, and monitoring applications for the commercial vehicle industry.

“We are very excited for Rich to join Noregon,” said Bill Hathaway, Noregon’s founder and CEO. “His experience and natural leadership abilities will continue to drive us forward, helping Noregon meet both the long and short term goals we have set forth.”
Glasmann has a background in original equipment manufacturer development and telematics, working for Volvo Truck’s telematics/service team. He worked for nearly three years with Omnitracs as the vice president of OEM strategy, sales, and marketing. At Omnitracs, Glasmann grew partner relationships with OEMs and tier 1 suppliers, identified new business opportunities, and defined long-term strategic goals.
“Having worked closely with Noregon in prior positions, I appreciate what they provide to the industry and felt this was a great fit,” said Glasmann. “I have always been drawn to the company’s rich history in vehicle data and I look forward to growing and showcasing the data analytics services that Noregon provides.”
