Navistar has reached an agreement with Meritor to co-brand brake shoe kits offered under the Fleetrite heavy duty parts brand.
The co-branding effort will cover around 50 part numbers that will be labeled Fleetrite Manufactured by Meritor.
“This agreement demonstrates our continued partnership with Meritor to offer quality products that also provide bottom line value to our customers,” said Joel Larsen, vice president of global parts product management, Navistar. “The rapid sales growth of our Fleetrite brand is due in large part to customer acceptance of our brake component offerings. They know they can rely on two of the most trusted names in the industry to offer premium parts, like ‘Fleetrite Manufactured by Meritor’ products, that keep their trucks and buses on the road.”
Fleetrite provides maintenance and repair parts for major heavy- and medium-duty truck and bus applications and is distributed in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Europe and Asia through International Truck dealers and IC Bus Dealers. Fleetrite also offers production-level components on International brand trucks.
