Love’s Adds CNG to Arkansas Travel Stop
Love’s is adding compressed natural gas (CNG) to a Travel Stop location in West Memphis, Ark., along Interstate 40. The location will feature fast-fill pumps for heavy duty trucks as well as a fueling option for passenger vehicles.

Love’s is adding compressed natural gas (CNG) to a Travel Stop location in West Memphis, Ark., along Interstate 40. The location will feature fast-fill pumps for heavy duty trucks as well as a fueling option for passenger vehicles. It is expected to be available in spring of 2015.
“With the opening of this location, professional drivers and motorists can travel more than 1,300 miles along I-40 between West Memphis, Ark., and Williams, Ariz., using Love’s CNG,” said Frank Love, co-CEO of Love’s.
Love’s fast-fill CNG is designed for over-the-road fleets and is offered in the fueling lane along with diesel and diesel exhaust fuel. The fill rate is more than 10 gallons per minute, and Love’s says it should take just 10 minutes to fill a 100-gallon tank.
There are currently seven Love’s Travel Stops with CNG fill stations in Texas and Oklahoma and the company has plans for at least 10 more across the U.S.
