Kenworth named Truck Enterprises Hagerstown its 2014 Parts and Service Dealer of the Year and named Worldwide Equipment as the 2014 TRP All-Makes Dealer of the Year. The awards were announced at the Kenworth Dealer Meeting in Phoenix, Ariz.
It is the second consecutive win for Truck Enterprises Hagerstown which was noted for its customer service support and parts inventory.

“Truck Enterprises Hagerstown achieved this award again by offering customers timely service support and the parts they need to get their trucks back on the road,” said David Danforth, vice president at PACCAR.
All 18 of Worldwide Equipment's Kenworth locations were included in the TRP All-Makes Dealer of the Year. Kenworth cited Worldwide for having the best support for TRP parts and service among all Kenworth dealers.
“By routinely suggesting our line of TRP replacement parts – Worldwide Equipment not only increased its TRP parts sales by more than 20% - but also helped many customers realize significant value,” said Danforth.
Webb, which recently acquired the Stemco Trifecta pre-adjusted hub program, will soon start taking orders for its replacement pre-assembled hub, the UltraSet.
