Help Inc., the provider of PrePass and other commercial vehicle safety services, announced that Mark Doughty, an organizational management and business planning expert, will serve as the organization’s Chief Operating Officer effective March 11.
For the last several years, Doughty has served as the COO of Contractor Management Services.
As COO, Doughty will be responsible for business planning and financial management, as well as assisting in day-to-day oversight of Help’s service offerings.
Doughty’s professional experience in transportation includes a decade as president of Moody’s Quick Inc. and Quick Product Solutions, providers of nationwide transportation services as well as warehousing, packaging and distribution in Arizona and New York. Doughty began his career at Discover Financial Services where he served in several executive positions over a 13-year period.
He has served as chairman of the Arizona Employers Council, on the National Federation of Independent Businesses Leadership Council and on the Arizona Information Technology Authorization Committee. Doughty also serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Arizona Trucking Association.
