Payment solutions company Comdata has expanded its fleet management offerings to improve support of smaller over-the-road fleets with the Comdata MyFleet Program.

Comdata’s MyFleet Program is a custom portfolio of services that allows fleets with up to 100 trucks to address critical operating challenges such as lowering costs, staying compliant and accessing capital. Comdata also offers a personalized partnership experience to help fleets learn to maximize its services.

“As a long-time advocate and partner in the trucking industry, we are excited to expand our services to provide smaller OTR fleets with the tools they need to be successful,” said Greg Secord, president of Comdata North American Trucking. “The realities of small business ownership mean these fleets have a harder time creating the leverage and scale needed to run their businesses efficiently, especially early on. Comdata’s MyFleet Program will help them achieve important cost efficiencies right away, while also making it easier to stay compliant and cover their expenses.”

The Comdata MyFleet Program includes a blend of offerings directly from Comdata and its partners. Through the MyFleet Program web portal, Comdata’s small fleet customers can take advantage of offerings in the following categories:

  • Save Me Money: Pre-negotiated discounts and time savings on expenses such as fuel, hotel stays and scale weighs

  • Find Me Capital: Flexible options for establishing credit, pre-funded, factoring and short-term micro-loan accounts to support OTR purchases

  • Keep Me Compliant: Broad range of solutions address IFTA requirements, permitting, licensing services, IRS 2290 filings, pilot cars and more

In prioritizing its offerings for smaller businesses, Comdata designed the MyFleet Program to deliver savings and compliance programs that will help fleets manage fuel costs and the total operating cost of the fleet. Using Comdata’s portfolio and industry relationships, member savings are available through in-house offers and partnerships with fuel merchants, plus CLC Lodging for hotels, Crestmark Bank for factoring and others to be added.

The Comdata MyFleet Program also includes a fully administered fuel tax offering as well as preferred pre-funding and line of credit arrangements designed to help speed up access to cash.
