Hill Bros. recently ordered 50 new Volvo 780 tractors in addition to the 2007 Kenworth T-600 and Peterbilt 387 models (and pre-owned trucks) already available in the program.
The 2007 Volvo tractor is equipped with a 535 horsepower, 13-speed D-16 engine. It features a roomy, 81-inch neo-classic sleeper, including a refrigerator and foldable workstation; a 236-inch wheelbase; and a 3:42 Meritor rear end.
Payments on these new Volvo tractors average $441 to $468 a week throughout the four-year lease. The $2,500 security deposit is fully refundable at the end of the lease term.
