Maverick USA has acquired Church Hill, Tenn.- based glass carrier Flanary and Sons Trucking.
Through the acquisition, Maverick will gain all of the assets of FAST including about 75 tractors and 175 trailers. FAST founder Curtis Flanary will be retiring while president Shon Flanary, and his brothers Aaron and Andre Flanary will join Maverick with and continue to work out of the company’s Church Hill office.
