
Trucking and logistics provider USA Truck has named Anuj Davalbhakta as director of engineering and network strategy.
He will be responsible for refining and enhancing the Arkansas-based company’s route network as it continues with its growth strategy, according to a news release.

He will be responsible for refining and enhancing the Arkansas-based company’s route network as it continues with its growth strategy, according to a news release.
“Anuj brings in-depth experience in the logistics industry, including the truckload business, to USA Truck,” said USA Truck President and CEO John Simone. “His combination of technical expertise and industry experience will help us provide additional transportation solutions and improved efficiencies, benefiting our customers in the many different industries and geographies USA Truck serves.”
Davalbhakta joins USA Truck from Shreveport, Louisiana-based Tango Transport, where he spent 10 years in a variety of roles with increasing responsibility. Most recently, he served as director of transportation network strategy and pricing, with responsibility for providing high-quality customer service while maximizing resource utilization.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pune in India, a master’s degree in industrial engineering from Louisiana Tech University and a master of business administration from LSU-Shreveport.
