RedStone Logistics has bought Headhaul.com, which provides transactional shipment management services to clients with multi-modal, dry van/truckload, refrigerated, flatbed, less-than-truckload and over-dimensional shipment requirements.
During the next 30 days, Headhaul employees will integrate into the RedStone Logistics team.
"RedStone Logistics has the experience and the relationships to handle the details, allowing clients to leverage significant purchasing power and rate negotiation expertise," says Josh Wheeler, CEO of Headhaul. "They have an experienced management team who really understands this business and has built large successful logistics companies in the past. This transaction will allow the Headhaul team to rapidly grow into one of the premier logistics companies in North America."
The financial terms of the acquisition are undisclosed.
