The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has removed two more ELDs from its list of registered electronic logging devices.

Effective March 27, the FMCSA placed All-Ways Track ELD from All-Way Tracks on the Revoked Devices list due to the company’s failure to meet the minimum requirements established in 49 CFR part 395, subpart B, appendix A. For the same reason, the One Plus ELD from One Plus ELD was also placed on the list on Feb. 8.

Motor carriers who use the All-Way Track ELD must take the following steps:

  1. Discontinue using the revoked ELD(s) and revert to paper logs or logging software to record required hours of service data.
  2. Replace the revoked ELD(s) with compliant ELD(s) from the Registered Devices list before May 26, 2023.

Beginning May 26, motor carriers who continue to use the revoked device listed above would be considered to be operating without an ELD. Safety officials who encounter a driver using a revoked device on or after May 26 will cite the driver and place the driver out-of-service.

Motor carriers who use the One Plus ELD must take the following steps:

  1. Discontinue using the revoked ELD(s) and revert to paper logs or logging software to record required hours of service data.
  2. Replace the revoked ELD(s) with compliant ELD(s) from the Registered Devices list before April 10, 2023.

Beginning April 10, motor carriers who continue to use the revoked device listed above would be considered to be operating without an ELD. Safety officials who encounter a driver using a revoked device on or after April 10 will cite the driver and place the driver out-of-service.

Other devices that have been revoked include: TMC One and Nationwide.
