Navistar Now Shipping TerraStar 4x4
Navistar has started shipping its first International TerraStar 4x4 units. Launched in 2010, originally with a 4x2 configuration, this work truck offers more capabilities to customers, says the company, and positions International Truck to participate in a significant piece of the market where it didn’t previously have a presence.

Launched in 2010, originally with a 4x2 configuration, this work truck offers more capabilities to customers, says the company, and positions International Truck to participate in a significant piece of the market where it didn’t previously have a presence.
It is designed for a wide-range of customer needs, including construction, utility, emergency, oilfield and other vocational applications.
The TerraStar 4x4 provides frame rail strength of 80,000 psi, a commercial-duty Allison Optimized1000 Series transmission, a Fabco TC-28 gear-driven transfer case and a 5-year unlimited mile warranty.
It is also available with a special financing offer with rates as low as 4.99% for up to 84 months.
