Marangoni Tread North America announced the addition of the Easy Stacker to the lineup of products offered by Marangoni.

The Easy Stacker fits forklifts with a minimum load capacity of 4,000-lb and can be set up with a quick-change option for greater versatility. It saves time, reduces handling, as well as improves safety and decreases the likelihood of tire damage, according to the company.

“The Easy Stacker tool reduces cost and improves efficiencies, which are key to keeping a competitive edge,” said Don Rizzi, National Sales Development manager for Marangoni Tread North America.

The Easy Stacker streamlines tire stacking, and in one motion moves tires from vertical to horizontal, allowing for increased productivity, reducing loading/unloading time. Marangoni claims the device provides more efficient tire manipulation in the warehouse, while reducing the costs associated with all phases of tire handling.

“The Easy Stacker is quicker and easier than any equipment I have ever seen. We’re operating up to 30% faster in trailer load/unload time and 50% faster in stacking tires over what we were using,” said Easy Stacker owner Bob Jewell, president of Jewell Tire Retreading.
