China Manufacturers Alliance, better known as CMA, launched the Duraturn tire brand at this year’s International Tire Exhibition and Conference.

Duraturn will have a full line of truck and bus radial tires for commercial use as well as several consumer lines. The truck and bus radial tires will be available for multiple applications with tire models for steer, drive, trailer and mixed service.

Several tire models will be verified to EPA SmartWay standards for low rolling resistance applications. These include the Duraturn DS28 steer tire; the DA20, an all-position tire that is Smartway verified in both steer and drive positions; and the DT22 trailer tire.

The tires are produced for CMA by China’s Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group Rubber Co. Ltd. CMA is the exclusive marketer/distributor/importer of Duraturn products in North America.

CMA is probably best known in the tire industry for its Double Coin brand.
