Kenworth's new T880
The DPF/SCR unit is stacked under the passenger door, allowing more frame space for peripherals like tanker pumps, tool boxes, etc.
Made of durable Metton, the 5-piece T880 hood offers bolt-on fenders for quick replacement to get you back on the work site. Each fender can be replaced in less than two hours. Complex reflector halogen headlights offer the lighting performance of projector beam systems without the extra cost.
Kenworth latest, the T880, is the successor to the venerable T800. It features the same 2.1-meter-wide cab as the T680, and can accommodate heavy front and rear axles as well as multi-axle set ups. It comes standard with the MX13 engine with ratings up to 500 hp and 1850 lb.
With a low-sloped hood and wide open visibility, the T880 is available in 122.5-in. and 116.5-in. BBC models. The T880 can be configured as a regional daycab tractor, with the rugged good looks to spare.
Configured as a dumptruck, the T800 can accommodate multi-axle setup and front-ends up to 20,000 lb.
The interior of the T880 dump truck is spacious and comfortable, with an easy-to-reach control cluster. The cut-away windows and low-mounted mirrors provide outstanding visibility.
