Yellow Picks Workscape for Benefits Enrollment
Workscape Inc., a provider of benefits and workforce management solutions, said it has been selected by Yellow Corp. to provide Web-based benefits enrollment and work/life events processing for its employees
Workscape Inc., a provider of benefits and workforce management solutions, said it has been selected by Yellow Corp. to provide Web-based benefits enrollment and work/life events processing for its employees.
"Yellow carefully evaluated many vendors who offer ASP-hosted benefits enrollment systems and selected Workscape for their benefits knowledge and integrated solution," said Harold Marshall, director of human resources for Yellow Corp. "Now with Workscape, we can empower our employees with the ability to manage and process their benefits efficiently online anytime from work or home."
"Our comprehensive solution for benefits administration not only reduces administrative costs and improves the integrity of employee data, but is also a measurable contributor to increased workforce productivity and satisfaction," said Workscape CEO Tim Clifford.
Workscape's self-service Benefits Administration solution streamlines the process of benefit plan selection and enrollment, enables employees to manage their own benefits selections and frees HR from the paper-intensive, time-consuming preparations and transactions previously associated with the annual and ongoing enrollment process.
At Yellow Corp., Workscape's Web-based application will replace the organization's current paper- and Interactive Voice Response (IVR)-based systems, and is expected to significantly lower cost per transaction values across the enterprise.
