Affinia has entered a definitive merger agreement with Mann+Hummel and the transaction still subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions. The deal does not include Affinia South America operations.
“We believe that this partnership with Mann+Hummel will accelerate our growth potential, provide access to new technologies and capabilities, and enhance our financial strength and global scale to excel in the global marketplace,” said Keith Wilson, president and CEO of Affinia Group.
Affinia group is a global company that designs, manufactures, distributes and markets industrial grade products and services. These include offerings of aftermarket parts for automotive and heavy-duty vehicles.
