Williams TravelCenters will give away a Chevy Monte Carlo and a chance to be part of a NASCAR pit crew during a summer promotion.
Williams is the major sponsor of a Busch Series race car this year, the No. 27 Chevrolet Monte Carlo driven by Jamie McMurray. This year, McMurray is competing for rookie of the year honors.
The first in-store promotion, sponsored by Pepsi, will run June 1 - July 15. Consumers can register to win a new 2001 Chevy Monte Carlo by filling out a postcard at the Pepsi 12-pack display located inside any Williams TravelCenters or by mailing in an entry.
The second in-store promotion, dubbed "Williams TravelCenters Racing Peel Out & Win," allows consumers to play a peel-n-win game available on special 44-ounce Williams TravelCenters Racing cups. The grand prize winner will get a race weekend for two at the Busch Series Dura Lube 200 on Sept. 1 and the Winston Cup Series Mountain Dew Southern 500 on Sept. 2. The Dura Lube 200 winner will be part of the pit crew for the No. 27 Williams TravelCenters racing team.
Other prizes include free Williams TravelCenters Racing T-shirts and ball caps, soft drinks, candy bars and other snack items in the stores. The "Peel Out & Win" promotion will run mid-June while supplies last.
