Western Star Trucks has added six new locations to the company's growing dealer network.
Continually adding new locations has allowed for a significant expansion of the company's sales, service and parts capabilities.
"Our intent is to grow the Western Star brand throughout the U.S. and Canada," said John Merrifield, senior vice president of sales and marketing for Western Star Trucks. "Expanding our dealer network is a key element in pursuing that goal."
The latest additions include Cambrian Truck Centre, Inc. in Sudbury, Ont., Canada; Truck Country of Rockford in Rockford, Ill.; Truck Country Quad Cities in Davenport, Iowa; Midway Inc. in Monroeville, Ohio; Empire Truck Sales in Columbus, Miss.; and Heritage Equipment in Ashland, Ky.
In March of this year, Western Star announced that it had increased the overall size of its dealer network by 70 locations (35%) in 18 months.
