The aftermarket business units of Webb Wheel Products Inc. and Leland Brake & Wheel Parts have formed a strategic partnership to source and supply brake systems components to the heavy-duty aftermarket.
Beginning in July, Leland will supply Webb drums and rotors through Leland's current distribution channels. The addition of Webb products will expand the Leland medium- and heavy-duty brake systems product coverage to include the full range of wheel end components.
Webb and Leland will also partner on global sourcing initiatives to procure dependable brake components from suppliers worldwide. Supply chain and engineering departments from both businesses will certify potential suppliers to ensure that they meet the stringent quality standards expected in the U.S. market.
Leland Brake & Wheel Parts is headquartered in DuBois, Pa., providing brake hardware kits, camshafts, wheel attaching parts, brake shoes, brake adjusters and spring brake chambers to the independent aftermarket throughout North America.
Webb Wheel Products Inc., based in Cullman, Ala., manufactures hubs, brake drums and rotors for medium- and heavy-duty trucks, trailers and buses.
