Volvo Trucks North America is giving professional drivers the chance to win four Volvo VN780s, plus Indian motorcycles, computers and thousands of other prizes through its "Get In & Win" sweepstakes.

"We want owner-operators to go to their Volvo Trucks dealers to test-drive the new Volvo VN, and this is a fun way for everyone to make it happen," said Susan Alt, vice president-marketing for Volvo Trucks.
Drivers use scratch-off game pieces to play "Get In & Win." Each of the 2.7 million game pieces offers three chances to win – either immediately, at Volvo Truck dealers and at the Great American Trucking Show (GATS) in Dallas this coming September:
Instant Win: Scratch-off section reveals prizes that can be claimed immediately at Petro Stopping Centers, such as food and beverages, and free Mobil Delvac oil.
Lucky Number: Another scratch-off section reveals a coded ID number that drivers take to a Volvo Truck dealer to be decoded. Lucky Number prizes include three Volvo VN780 tractors, Indian motorcycles, laptop computers, Michelin steer tires, satellite radios and more.
Second Chance Give-Away: Drivers can fill in an entry form on each game piece for the chance to be one of three entrants selected for the Grand Prize drawing at GATS. These winners, plus one drawn from entries at the Volvo Trucks booth at GATS, will draw to win the Grand Prize – a Volvo VN780 – or one of three Owner-Operators prize packages.
The game pieces will be distributed through participating Volvo Truck dealers and Petro Stopping Centers beginning May 1, 2003, the May issues of major trucking publications, participating Volvo Trucks dealers, the Volvo Trucks "Drive the Future" Tour and through participating suppliers.
Suppliers participating in the sweepstakes include: Alcoa, ArvinMeritor, Chevron Texaco, ConMet, Delphi, Eaton Fuller, ExxonMobil, Fontaine, Hendrickson, Indian Motorcycles, Isri, Michelin and Petro Stopping Centers.
