Velocity Express Corp., Minneapolis, Minn., launched a new corporate web site at www.velocityexpress.com.
The company also announced a web promotion, "Velocity Vacation Sweepstakes," which begins Oct. 14. Visitors to the new web site can register to win getaway vacations and a grand prize cruise.
Investors can use the site to access news releases, financial data, SEC
filings and current and historical stock price information. "We are very
proud of what our company has accomplished over the past year," said Jeffry
Parell. "Our investors will be able to track our company's operating
performance as we continue to move forward."
According to the company?s announcement, Velocity Express is a nationwide network of customized, time-critical delivery solutions, including same-day scheduled and distribution services with on-demand capabilities. Its network of services are available nationwide and supported by a customer-focused technology infrastructure.
