Utility Fleet Sales has acquired the assets of Powerline Equipment Sales based in Wentzville, Mo.
Utility Fleet will continue to operate the Wentzville facility as a sales, service, parts and rental location.
The facility is 15 miles west of downtown St. Louis at the intersection of I-70 & I-64 across the Interstate from General Motors' Wentzville assembly plant.
The company will serve the electric utility, telecommunications, vegetation management, lights and signs, and renewable energy industries. Utility Fleet will continue to specialize in bucket trucks, digger derricks, pressure diggers, boom trucks, and related equipment, which Powerline Equipment Sales has done for 30 years.
Utility Fleet has experienced over 35% growth in revenues annually for each of the past five years and will continue to augment its organic growth with an aggressive acquisition strategy.
