Kuehne & Nagel announced the re-branding of its wholly owned subsidiary USCO Logistics will take on the name Kuehne & Nagel

, a world-wide logistics company.
The re-branding is the next step in the integration of USCO, which Kuehne & Nagel acquired in July 2001. The new Kuehne & Nagel Logistics Inc., headquartered in Naugatuck, Conn., is one of the largest warehouse-based logistics service providers in the United States, operating some 12 million square feet in 40 facilities across the country. Its service offerings seamlessly complement those of Kuehne & Nagel Inc., well established in the U.S. forwarding market since 1967, and headquartered in Jersey City, N.J. USCO’s Canadian and Mexican operations already have been integrated under the Kuehne & Nagel brand.
