Unicru Inc., Beaverton, Ore., has announced a partnership with Workbrain to deliver workforce selection and optimization capabilities.

Workbrain Inc. Atlanta, Ga., optimizes the deployment and management of complex workforces.
By integrating Unicru’s Total Workforce Acquisition solution with Workbrain’s scheduling, time and attendance and workforce analytics solution, the two companies will deliver a platform to help customers select the right employees and manage them for optimal profitability.
Workbrain and Unicru will help industries -- including transportation -- to optimize the employee life cycle. The integrated solutions will share critical workforce data. Employee data generated from Workbrain workforce management solutions will feed Unicru’s applicant selection software to tie actual workforce performance to selection criteria and assessment.
For example, attendance history can be correlated with other employee characteristics to continually refine Unicru’s candidate assessment instruments and workforce analytics.
Detailed Unicru employee profiles, which include information such as aptitude measurements and behavioral tendencies, will help to inform Workbrain’s Schedule Optimization application to deploy the right employees with the right skills.
Compliance with employee schedule preferences, imported from Unicru’s SmartView interview guide, will also help to satisfy and retain the workforce in industries which experience high labor turnover.
