Unicru Module: “Welcome Back.”
Unicru Inc., Beaverton, Ore., has introduced a Rehire Module to its Total Workforce Acquisition solution

Unicru claims the module is the only solution that enables retail, dining and transportation industries to both accelerate and simplify the hiring of former good employees, while preventing the hiring of former employees terminated for cause, especially across multiple locations.
According to Unicru, the module addresses the common and expensive problem of bad employees who to move from location to location, repeating misconduct.
"Being eligible for rehire is a statement that the departing employee was a productive, dependable worker whom the company would hire again if given the opportunity," said Chris Marsh, Unicru president and CEO. "The aim of Unicru’s Rehire Module is to quickly identify those applicants who were formerly valuable employees, administer a streamlined application process, and get them back on the store floor as soon as possible."
Unicru’s Total Workforce Acquisition solution enables companies to select the highest quality employees across job roles throughout an enterprise. Unicru combines employee selection assessments, applicant recruitment, hiring management decision support, and data capture for measurement and continuous improvement of business results.
Among Unicru’s customers is Southeastern Freightlines.
