Organizers of Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week have announced the names of two key presenters for this year's conference.
On Tuesday January 24 at 1:00pm, Edgar Papke, award winning speaker and facilitator, will present, 'The Culture Key: Innovation, Accountability and the Human Art of Business.'
Papke's presentation will offer a proven framework for effective leadership and leveraging organizational culture, as a means of cultivating higher levels of performance and success at the corporate level. His presentation will support the HDAW'12 theme-Corporate Culture: The Foundation for Success.
The Papke Business Alignment System™ has received worldwide recognition for providing a pre-eminent approach to organizational alignment, innovation and performance. Papke's system was designed to provide a framework for better understanding organizational culture by increasing a leader's ability to better assess the culture of his or her own organization and business.
On Wednesday, January 25 at 1:30pm, Todd Cohen, principal of SalesLeader LLC, will present 'Does Your Organization Have a Sales Team or a Sales Culture?'
Cohen's presentation focuses on how to build and nurture a sales culture that engages everyone in the sales process in order to establish a shared perspective on the overall goals of the organization, while inclusively tracking its revenue. Cohen teaches that the success of a sales team depends on a company-wide commitment to a robust sales culture, including working collaboratively with non-sales personnel.
Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week 2012 takes place at the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas.
