The Truck Trailer Manufacturers Association will hold its 68th Annual Meeting on April 21-25, 2010, at the Omni Orland Resort at ChampionsGate in Orlando, Fla.
During the event, Darrell Thompson of SAF-Holland USA, TTMA chairman for associates, will be the program moderator for the product/service presentations on April 22.
In addition, the association will announce the results of its election for a new vice chairman for associates for 2010-2011. Members were sent an electronic ballot for the election. The vice chairman candidates include Rick Quinn of Steel Warehouse, Bill Schaffer of Overseas Hardwoods Co., and Chris Wolford of Rockland Flooring.
Bill Wahlin of Stoughton Trailers, will preside over the Engineering Committee meeting, which will take place April 22. The first part of the meeting will be open to all convention attendees interested in hearing a discussion on the brake imbalance created by the new tractor stopping distance and trailers.
