Marmon Highway Technologies, Birmingham, Ala., announced the acquisition of TSE Brakes.
TSE's broad line of brake actuators will complement MHT's portfolio of undercarriage products, including Webb Wheel brake drums, rotors and hubs, Leland brake and wheel parts, Triangle suspension systems and components, and Marmon-Herrington axles and transfer cases for all-wheel drive applications.
Headquartered in Fresno, Calif., TSE manufactures a full line of double diaphragm air brake actuators and service chambers at a facility in San Luis, Sonora, Mexico. TSE will continue to operate as an independent company under the existing management team led by Greg Smith, president of MHT.
