Independent parts distributor TruckPro has acquired the assets of Pascale Service Corporation, located in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.

Pascale is owned by Jim Pascale and was founded in 1945, serving the greater Providence, Rhode Island, market for over 70 years with products for medium- and heavy-duty vehicles. The acquisition will allow TruckPro to expand into the New England market. Pascale will continue to lead day-to-day operations at PSC. The company offers heavy duty parts and comprehensive truck and trailer repair at its 16-bay facility.

TruckPro has a distribution network of more than 150 stores and advanced service shops, offering a range of products related to brake systems, electrical, engines, gears and drivetrains to commercial and government customers.
