Truck Web Services, a recently established realm within Trader Publishing Co.’s Vehicle Web Services division, has launched a new web site that boasts technology designed to be an all-inclusive business solution
for truck dealers nationwide.
The new site www.truckwebservices.com, features an overview of Truck Web Services’ products and services, as well as viewable demos and a user-friendly interface.
"Truck dealers face local competitors on a daily basis, each vying aggressively for leads,” said General Manager Ed Joella. “We have developed the solution that not only drives more business to the dealership, but enables dealers to focus on closing the sale and enhancing customer service.”
Among its suite of products, Truck Web Services features an exclusive and robust Lead Generation Network, which reaches more than 80 percent of Internet users each month through targeted classifieds sites and major search engines.
The second aspect of the solution, a lead management system – called LeadSMART – helps dealers efficiently manage potential and current customers all from one central hub.
Truck Web Services’ new web site includes client testimonials, where dealers can read actual comments from Truck Web Services’ clients to gain a better understanding of the truck dealership solution; Industry News, that provides informative updates and trucking news; and a client log-in, which provides client dealers with easy access to inventory tool, lead management, reports, etc.
