Harvey Brodsky, managing director of the Tire Retread Information Bureau (TRIB), will be the keynote speaker at the 7th annual California State Fleet Management Conference
to be held at the Holiday Inn on The Bay in San Diego, Calif., Oct. 29.
The title of Brodsky's presentation is "The Trouble With Tires -- They Are Too Good." He will explain that tires are a unique maintenance issue, because they are an aspect of a vehicle that can be grossly abused -- and yet the vehicle will keep rolling.
The emphasis of Brodsky's presentation will be the importance of proper tire maintenance and how the use of retreaded tires can save fleets money.
