TravelCenters of America (TA) is offering overnight stays in its motels for $29.95 to travelers who reserve their rooms through the TA web site (www.tatravelcenters.com).
TA will offer the reduced rates for a limited time to invite customers to see how easy and convenient it is to make room reservations online. TA recently added the online reservation capability to its web site as part of its overall goal of making highway travel as convenient as possible.
"Many of our customers already use the TA web site to find our locations or to check things like weather conditions and fuel prices," said Greg Belisle, TA gasoline and motel manager. "Now they'll be able to reserve a room while they're at it, and save themselves the extra step of having to call to make a reservation."
Many TA locations feature well-known names in lodging, including Best Value Inn, Days Inn, Daystop, Howard Johnson, Knights Inn, Rodeway Inn, Super 8 and Travelodge.
TA offers one-stop shopping for all highway travelers. Amenities typically include a fast-food court featuring nationally known brands, full-service restaurants and convenience stores. For professional drivers, TA serves as a "home away from home" with a service department and some of the newest, cleanest showers around.
TravelCenters of America, headquartered in Westlake, Ohio, features 10,500 people at more than 150 locations in 41 states and Canada.
