TravelCenters of America (TA) has reached agreement with TMI, the parent company of TripPak Express and TripPak Online document management services, to expand drop box placements and promote the benefits of the service used by more than 700 fleets.
The philosophy of "one-stop convenience" offered the foundation for an agreement to insure drivers will find a little yellow drop box at every TA facility.
Working together for more than a decade, TA and TripPak are among the few service providers offering continued services under the same brand.
TravelCenters of America will incorporate TMI bar codes into their fuel tickets to facilitate accurate image capture and reduce processing costs for Swift, U.S. Xpress, CR England, Marten Transportation, Boyd Brothers, Continental Express and other fleets using the integrated TripPak Online scanning and imaging solution. This long-term agreement secures drop box placement rights for participating fleets, offering fleets confidence that TripPak drop boxes will be where they want them. In an unusual move for TA, the company formally endorsed TripPak document management services. The endorsement confirms TA's commitment and belief that the security and proven track record of TripPak surpasses truckstop fuel desk scanning initiatives and effectively dispels any misrepresentations that TA is participating.
Operating in 40 states with more than 150 locations, TA has combined extensive parking with shop facilities, stores, showers, fuel, one of the largest food selection in the industry and the convenience of dropping off critical documents.
TMI is a service provider to the trucking industry, offering document management services from TripPak Express and TripPak Online.
