Tire Review magazine has rated Toyo Tires as the #1 Overall Brand for both consumer and commercial truck tires in its annual Tire Brand Study of North American Tire Dealers

. This is the sixth time in eight years that Toyo has received the honor for medium truck tires.

In the medium truck tire category, Toyo topped the list in retreadability, fill rate and adjustment policy.

This survey measures tire dealer opinions and perceptions throughout North America about the brands they carry and sell. As a part of the tire survey, dealers are asked to rate each brand of tires they carry on a one-to-10 scale (10 being highest) in a series of categories.

"One of the most powerful acknowledgements of your efforts as a manufacturer is to be graded number one by the experts on the front lines; in our case they are the independent tire dealers," said Yasushi Takagi, president and CEO, Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp.
