These steps will expand our market reach and improve our value-added services to our customers. Second, we need to build a strong succession team to lead our business for many years into the future. We are very fortunate to have so many talented people in our organization. Both Leo and Dale are accomplished young managers who have demonstrated superior management skills and have shown a dedication to achieving the goals of the company.
