TMI-MultiMedia has introduced a new recruiting tool for trucking companies of all sizes.

The "Thanks for Holding" program delivers company information and hiring opportunities to callers to trucking company recruitment lines through a pre-recorded message for those on hold.
"Statistics tell us that a caller will hold for only 30 seconds unless there is something for them to listen to," said Kelley Walkup, director of advertising services for TMI-MultiMedia. "But with this new program, a caller will wait to speak to a recruiter for up to three minutes - valuable time that can be used to tell about your company. It also works to keep the caller on the line, potentially boosting recruitment numbers and lowering cost per call."
To listen to an example of a 'Thanks for Holding" telephone script, go to TMI-MultiMedia at www.trippakonline.com and look for the "Bright Ideas" section.
TMI-MultiMedia is an advertising and communications company dedicated to the transportation industry. It is a subsidiary of TMI, which also offers TripPak Express and TripPak Online services.
