TMI Announces New Partner, New Customer Fleet
Document management company TMI, Brentwood, Tenn., has announced a new fleet customer and truckstop scanning deployment in Pennsylvania and Virginia

Document management company TMI, Brentwood, Tenn., has announced a new fleet customer and truckstop scanning deployment in Pennsylvania and Virginia .
TMI is the parent company of TripPak Express and TripPak ONLINE, offering scanning solutions for fleets, a centralized scanning service for outsourced document management and trip document image-capture services at truckstops.
The new fleet customer is Central Refrigerated Services Inc. of Salt Lake City, Utah, a temperature-controlled fleet of 1,300 tractors and 1,950 trailers serving North America with multiple terminals and drop yards. CRSI has selected TripPak Online to process time sensitive shipping documentation and provide workflow software tools. CSRI is migrating from TMI’s TipPak Express overnight document delivery service to the paperless, centralized scanning service of TripPak Online.
TMI also announced an agreement with All American Plazas Inc. of Carlisle, Pa., to deploy document capture services at all their locations -- nine travel centers in Pennsylvania and Virginia, four under the AMBEST chain and two under the Petro brand. Fuel desk employees will process images and return documents with receipts to drivers. Drivers can review scanned documents at www.trippak.com just minutes later.
Drivers can also drop trip envelopes in TripPak boxes to be scanned overnight. Images captured at a truckstop can be merged with images processed in the TripPak SCANNING center and exported to participating carriers, while original documents are maintained by TripPak.
