Transport International Pool has combined two of its Atlanta locations into a larger, better equipped site.
The TIP West branch and the TIP National Trailer Storage branch are now the new West Atlanta facility, which accommodates more equipment and gives regional customers an easily accessible location.
Located on 4285 Shirley Drive, the new branch is on a 15-acre site, more than double the combined size of TIP's previous locations. The new lot can accommodate approximately 400 sitting trailers. The facility is 7,200 square feet and consists of office space and a two-bay garage for trailer inspection and maintenance. Six full-time TIP employees at the site manage operations, maintenance and sales.
Customers can contact the branch at (404) 505-1730. TIP's other Atlanta branch is located at 1026 Moreland Industrial Boulevard.
For the past six years, new TIP branches have been based on a prototype designed to standardize TIP's operations and meet Environmental Health & Safety regulations. All TIP branches are open from 7 am. to 6 p.m.
