The Truckload Carriers Assn. is offering an audio conference to help you determine whether a load is profitable.

The May 2 Truckload Academy conference on Activity Based Costing will cover what types of activity costs should be considered when pricing a load; the advantages of activity based costing; automating the costing process; creating a database of costed traffic, and deciding if you should buy a system or build your own.
The audio conference will be 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Eastern time, Thursday, May 2. Registration is $129 for TCA members and $159 for non-members and must be paid in advance. Audiotape and conference materials are available for $59 for participants. Non-participants pay the full registration price for audiotape and conference materials.
