TravelCenters of America LLC, operator of TA and Petro Stopping Centers, has announced the opening of its newest Country Pride 24-hour full-service restaurant located at the TA travel center at 8301 North Hwy. 281, in Edinburg, Texas.
Country Pride restaurants offer professional drivers and motorists the opportunity to enjoy a home cooked meal while traveling America's highways. The Country Pride menu features favorites for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including The Trucker's Traditional, The Big Rig Reuben, and Spaghetti and Meatballs. In addition, there are a variety of StayFit better-for-you meal options ranging from fruit-topped oatmeal to grilled "cajun-style" whitefish, and a fresh salad bar is available every day.
This new Country Pride has 114 seats and offers professional drivers a 16-seat drivers' counter. It is also a "Double Take" location, which means second servings on menu items are free.
Adjacent from the entrance of the Country Pride at TA Edinburg, is Tule Tree Legendary Burritos, which opened recently. Tule Tree is a fresh Mexican fast food concept proprietary to TravelCenters.
