Truckload giant Swift Transportation has selected the Deploy hourly hiring solution to help manage the process of hiring new and replacement truck drivers from the thousands of applicants they receive each year.

“Our decision to use Deploy reflects our strategy to invest in technology,” said Otto Welch, director of recruiting at Swift. The company expects Deploy will increase the number of applicants, reduce costs in the hiring process by filtering out unqualified candidates, and increase the quality of hires. “The quality of our truck drivers is paramount,” said Mr. Welch.
With Deploy’s Transportation Advantage, companies can attract more applicants, substantially reduce their time-to-hire and attract the most qualified drivers ahead of their competitors.
Deploy Solutions Inc. provides a competitive advantage by optimizing recruiting, hiring and retaining top employees. Deploy Transportation Advantage improves the quality and performance of the workforce, reduces the cost of talent acquisition, and supports regulatory compliance. The company draws upon flexible technology, deep domain experience and a comprehensive approach to human resources metrics and analytics. Deploy customers include Swift, APL Logistics, Flying J, Hess, Six Flags, Sheetz, Wakefern (ShopRite Stores), FedEx, Tire Kingdom, and many more.
