SuperFlow Technologies Group announced that it has acquired the assets of Zoom Technology Inc. Each makes automotive-related testing equipment, and one's product line complements the other's.


In an agreement reached with Zoom CEO Chris Hansen, SuperFlow will take over all manufacturing, sales/marketing and administrative operations for the Zoom Technology product line, effective immediately. Hansen will also relocate from Zoom's New Jersey facility to Des Moines, Iowa, to assist in the transition, and to support Zoom's existing product line and customer base.

"In fact, with the complete line of SuperFlow products, customers are now able to test or rebuild virtually every component of the drivetrain from the engine and transmission to the torque converter, axles, drive shaft and brakes."
