Summit Holdings opened a new truck lease and rental facility in Kansas City, Kan. It will also function as a parts and service location, housing 10 service bays as well as diagnostic equipment for repairs.
It also includes a fuel island with above ground fuel storage, a parts warehouse for inventory, a driver’s lounge and an employee break room.
“This location offers parts and service as well as commercial truck lease and rental services,” said David Spinner, district manager for Summit.
There will be eight technicians certified to work on Cummins and MaxxForce engines. The new facility also has a four wash bays dedicated to lease and rental customers.
