Stoughton Trailers Chooses Truck-Lite's Lighting and Harness System
Stoughton Trailers will deploy Truck-Lite's "Life-Time Lighting Solution" as its lighting and harness system on the company's trailers
Stoughton Trailers will deploy Truck-Lite's "Life-Time Lighting Solution" as its lighting and harness system on the company's trailers.
The harness system comes equipped with its plug-together design for solid electrical contact, internal ground, keyed main and rear sill plug, a positive lock cable clamp and PVC jacketed cables with molded plugs and color-coded wires. The company's LED lighting comes with a limited lifetime warranty. They last for up to 100,000 hours of operation and should be protected against vibration, shock, corrosion and moisture, Truck-Lite says.
"Truck-Lite worked closely with Stoughton to provide them with a competitive heavy-duty 'Plug Together' harness and LED lighting system that fits within their high quality standards and long term expectations," said Bob Bartkowski, Truck-Lite's trailer OEM manager. "I believe this 'Life-Time Lighting Solution' accomplished our goals, and at the same time provided Stoughton Trailers with a driver-friendly system while providing a significant return on investment for their customers."
