The specialist will guide Truck e-manifest users along the southern border in setup, process and on-site training for carriers, CHB and suppliers. Additionally, she will work to seek partnerships with Mexican back-office service providers to build joint ventures.
As well as Spanish support, application users are able to select English- or Spanish-language options at the time of logon. Throughout the application navigation buttons are displayed in Spanish, simplifying the entry process for Spanish-speaking users.
