Innovative Business & Law Communications is offering a series of seminars on compliance with federal regulations governing lease contracts with owner-operators.

James Hardman, an attorney with more than 43 years experience in transportation law, will facilitate the presentation. In addition to compliance, Hardman will discuss ways to avoid litigation and to defend against such suits.
