Coyle started with MFTA in May 1997 as a field service manager for the New York/New Jersey area. In May 2001, he was promoted to national service manager.

“During Scott’s tenure in the service department, he has developed a keen sense of both the dealer perspective and MFTA’s corporate perspective," says Todd Bloom, president and CEO of MFTA. "This experience, combined with his technical knowledge, make him a valuable asset to our business and will serve him well as he takes on this new role.”

“At the same time,” Bloom noted, “it is with mixed emotions that we say goodbye to Bill Mohr. He has been a consummate professional throughout his career at MFTA, and his experience, dedication, and knowledge will be sorely missed.”

Mohr began his career at MFTA as a field service manager in 1988, just three years after the company’s founding. In 1993 when he became MFTA’s first manager, fleet service. In 1994, Mohr was promoted to national service manager, where he worked to support the company’s field service staff and dealers. Seven years later, in 2001, he was named director, service operations. In January 2012, Mohr was elevated to vice president, service operations.
