The Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association has announced its newly elected officers for the 2010-2011 term.
The association's new president is William Stramer, Link-Belt Construction Equipment Co., Lexington, Ky.
SC&RA also elected the following new officers:
* Chairman: Paul LeFebvre, LeFebvre & Sons, Inc., Elk River, Minn.
* Vice President: David Lowry, Bennett International Group, McDonough, Ga.
* Treasurer: Bill Keen, Keen Transport, New Kingstown, Pa.
* Assistant Treasurer: Michael Battaini, Sheedy Drayage, San Francisco, Calif.
The four newly elected group chairs include:
* Allied Industries Group: Harry Fry, Harry Fry & Associates, West Newbury, Mass.
* Crane & Rigging Group: Frank Bardonaro, AmQuip, Philadelphia
* Transportation Group: Gary Stang, Anderson Trucking Service, St. Cloud, Minn.
* Ladies Group: Patty McTyre, McTyre Trucking, Orlando, Fla.
With the exception of the Board members and the treasurer, all newly-elected officers will serve one-year terms that will expire at the Association's 2011 Annual Conference, to be held at La Costa Conference Center, Carlsbad, Calif., April 12-16, 2011.
SC&RA also elected the following six new Board members to serve three-year terms:

* Robert Hileman, United Crane & Rigging, Baltimore
* Ron Schad, Essex Crane Rental Corp., Buffalo Grove, Ill.
* Paul DeLong, Paul DeLong Heavy Haul, Las Vegas
* Chris Koenig, Midwest Specialized Transport, Rochester, Minn.
* Ron Montgomery, Intermountain Rigging & Heavy Haul, Salt Lake City
